Hello Dads!
We're thrilled about our upcoming camping adventure and have some essential details to share.
Event Overview:

• Date: 6-8th October 2023

• Location: Ben Bullen, Simmonds Rd, Tarome QLD 4309

• Accessibility: Suitable for 2wd vehicles

New to camping? No worries! We have seasoned campers eager to assist.

Meal Schedule:

• Breakfast: 9 am - 11 am

• Lunch: 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

• Dinner: 6 pm - 8 pm

Check out our delicious menu. If you bring personal snacks, ensure you have parental consent before sharing due to food allergies.

Activities:
Mountain biking, inflatable soccer pitch, and an array of camp games. You're welcome to bring your favorite games!

Safety and Medical Precautions:
Medical supplies are located in the Master tent, including a defibrillator and first aid kits. While we have medical professionals present, in emergencies, call 000. A radio is available in the medical bag for communication. Please review the list of safety reminders provided, especially those concerning children's safety.

Community Spirit:
This camping event thrives on the collective effort. Lend a hand when you see an opportunity, whether it's cleaning up or washing a dish.

Contribution:

• Bring a loaf of sliced bread for communal meals.

• If you've ordered a beer package, remember your beer cup to minimise waste.

• For sustainable dining, bring disposable (non-plastic) dining sets.

• For hydration, bring this specific water container for your family's convenience.

Arrival Instructions: On arrival, at the gate, it will look locked, get out and lift the metal clip and then drive in and close behind. Stop by the Main tent for refreshments and pitching advice.
